How to Book...
We strongly recommend that you make a provisional booking by telephone in the first instance. We operate an advance booking system for all our special events up to twelve months in advance of the date of your visit.
A booking form MUST be completed and returned to our Education Service with a deposit as follows:
| For parties between 10 and 19 persons |
£30 deposit required |
| For parties between 20 and 59 persons |
£50 deposit required |
| For parties between 60 and 99 persons |
£80 deposit required |
| For parties of 100 persons or more |
£100 deposit required |
No payment is required on the day of your visit. An invoice will be sent to your organisation a few days after the event.
Cheques should be made payable to: 'Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) PLC'.
A Group Travel Ticket will be provided for all bookings. Please remember to bring this with you!
Cancellation can only be accepted if notified more than 14 days before the date of travel;
otherwise deposits will not be returned. On the day of your visit the Group Organiser MUST
report to the station booking office to confirm exact numbers.
