How to Book . . .
You MUST make a provisional booking by telephone in the first instance. We operate an advance booking system for all our educational events up to twelve months ahead of the date of your visit.
A booking form will be completed and forwarded to you requesting a deposit to secure the places. Deposits are as follows and can be paid by cheque or BACS.
|For parties between 10 and 19 persons
||£40 deposit required
|For parties between 20 and 59 persons
||£60 deposit required
|For parties between 60 and 99 persons
||£90 deposit required
|For parties of 100 persons or more
||£120 deposit required
No payment is required on the day of your visit. An invoice will be sent to your organisation a few days after the event.
Cheques should be made payable to: 'Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) PLC'.
Cancellation can only be accepted if notified more than 28 days before the date of travel; otherwise deposits will not be returned.
On the day of your visit the Group Organiser MUST report to the station booking office with the ticket to confirm exact numbers.
