How to Book . . .
In the first instance to confirm availability, and to make a to make a provisional booking, you MUST telephone our Education Department on 01746 860901/860909.
A booking form will be forwarded to you for completion, together with a request to make a deposit.
The booking form should be completed and returned with your deposit within 14 days of receiving your booking form. It is important to note that provisional bookings can only be held until we are in receipt of your booking form and deposit.
Please read the
Payment Terms and Conditions on your booking form carefully. To ensure your
seats are reserved, any alterations to numbers travelling are required at least
14 days prior to travel, please email all alterations to email@example.com. Any tickets not
cancelled by this date will be charged for in full.
|For parties between 10 and 19 persons
||£50 deposit required
|For parties between 20 and 59 persons
||£100 deposit required
|For parties between 60 and 99 persons
||£125 deposit required
|For parties of 100 persons or more
||£150 deposit required
Deposits can be paid by Cheque, BACS or Card Payment.
Payment by Cheque
Cheque’s should be made payable to: 'Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) PLC' and forwarded to: Severn Valley Railway, The Engine House, Education Dept Station Road, Highley, Shropshire WV16 6NZ.
Payment by Bacs or Card

When paying by Bac’s or Card, always quote your booking reference number, so we are able to identify your payment and allocate appropriately. Remittance advices can be forwarded to the above address, or alternatively by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Group booking cancellations can only be accepted if notified more than 60 days prior to date of travel, otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
All alterations to numbers travelling should be notified at least 35 days to travel, tickets not cancelled will be charged for.
An Invoice, Information Pack and Group ticket will be issued to you approximately 4 weeks before travel, and final payment is required before the date of travel.
On the day of your visit the Group Organiser MUST report to the station booking office with the ticket to confirm exact numbers.
