The Severn Valley
Railway operates a free places scheme for supervising adults, which
varies depending on the number of fare paying children. One adult will
travel free with
every ten (or part of ten) paying children. In
the interests of safety and discipline and
in the interests of our
staff and other passengers, school groups booking visits to the
Valley Railway must take up the free allocation of supervisors’ places.

maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. A copy
of our schedule of insurance cover can be found in
'Essential Pre-Visit Reading for School Group Leaders'.
Accessibility . . .
Some of our trains are specially adapted for use by adults and children who are less able.
Please ask about which trains are most appropriate for the needs of your group.
