Sunday Luncheon Trains . . .
On most Sundays we operate two dining trains; the Severn Valley Limited and the Severn Valley Venturer.
Enjoy a three-course meal whilst travelling in our luxurious dining train hauled by a historic steam locomotive along the beautiful Severn Valley. Enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside and the river valley as you dine in style. Meal choices range from a traditional Sunday roast, a fish option or a vegetarian selection. Dishes are freshly prepared in our own kitchen cars whilst you wine and dine in traditional comfort.
Relax and return to a more leisurely era when you dine in style in one of our period restaurant cars as the beautiful Severn Valley countryside slips by your window. There are two steam-hauled dining services on the Severn Valley Railway and each offers menus that change with the seasons. Dining trains operate most weekends, plus selected weekdays in the summer and should you wish to make a whole dayof it then you can – your travel ticket is valid for other trains on the day!
