Terms and conditions. . .

• All refunds or exchange of pre-booked tickets will be subject to an administration charge of £5.00 per booking.
• Refunds will be offered up to 10 days before the booked departure date otherwise a refund will only be available if the seats can be resold.
• Discounts on travel tickets are available for groups of 15 or more fare paying passengers.
• All group bookings are subject to a £50 non-returnable deposit. Final payment due two weeks before date of travel.
• Children must be adequately supervised and remain seated at all times.
• Special dietary requirements can be catered for when ordered at the time of booking.
• We are unable to heat baby food or milk on board the train.
• Dogs may not travel in the dining cars or in the bar car. (assistance dogs excepted)
• We regret that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the dining cars due to the historic design of these vehicles. Wheelchairs may be stored in the luggage compartment during your journey.
• Whilst every effort will be made to operate the trains shown we reserve the right to vary the service without prior notice or recompense.
• Mobile telephones and electronic games must be switched off whilst in the Dining Cars.
• Smoking is not permitted on any of our trains.
