On-Train Buffet Services - Terms and Conditions

i) Smoking is not permitted on any train.
ii) Special dietary requirements can be catered for, but need to be ordered at the time of booking.
iii) All refunds or exchange of pre-booked tickets will be subject to an administration charge of £5.00 per booking.
iv) Refunds can be given up to 10 clear days before the booked departure date otherwise a refund will only be offered if the seats can be resold.
v) Discounts on travel tickets are available for groups of 15 or more fare paying passengers.
vi) All group bookings are subject to a £50 non-returnable deposit. Final payment due 2 weeks before date of travel.
vii) Children must be supervised and remain seated at all times during the service.
viii) It is with regret that we are unable to heat baby food or milk on board the train.
ix) Dogs may not travel in the dining cars, or in the bar car. (assistance dogs excepted)
x) We regret that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the dining cars due to the historic design of these vehicles. Wheelchairs may be stored in the luggage compartment during your journey.
xi) Whilst every effort will be made to run the trains shown we reserve the right to vary  details without prior notice or recompense.
xii) Mobile telephones and electronic games must be switched off whilst in the Dining Cars.
