Ghost Trains
All aboard for some frightful fun
Are you brave enough to climb on board the Ghost Train? Our Ghost Trains will depart from Kidderminster, taking brave passengers on a spine-tingling journey to Arley station. Expect eerie encounters, ghostly surprises and a hauntingly good time along the way!
Ghost trains depart from Kidderminster:
- Thursday 29 October: 5pm, 5.55pm and 6.50pm
- Friday 30 October: 5pm, 5.55pm, 6.50pm and 7.45pm
- Saturday 31 October: 5pm, 5.55pm, 6.50pm and 7.45pm
Start your adventure at Kidderminster Station with plenty of spooktacular photo opportunities. Disco Daddy returns by popular demand, with some frightful tunes from 4pm to 9pm.
We’ll be keeping you fuelled up with a selection of food options and the King & Castle pub, Coffee Express kiosk and the gift shop will be open to visit too.
Once on board, hold on tight as the train passes through haunted stations on the way to Arley – home of the living dead! But beware, things that go bump in the night are not just outside the windows… expect eerie encounters, ghostly surprises and a hauntingly good time along the way…
Your ticket includes:
- Reserved seats on the Ghost Train.
- Spooktacular journey from Kidderminster to Arley and return, lasting approximately 75 minutes.
- Goodie bag for each child.
For those aged 18+ there is also a Scream Train…. if you dare!
New for 2026 – we will be welcoming Roly Poly Eats street food vendor serving up treats including a Nightmare on Chicken Street. Plus Smoke and Ash pizza will be joining us with some fang-tastic flavours to choose from. On Thursday 29, sweet treats will be care of Dutch Mini Pancakes, Friday 30 it’s the turn of Golden Glaze Donuts and Saturday 31 October will be catered for by Becca Cake House.

Important Information:
- Seating on the train is available in private compartments of six, private compartments of four or reserved tables of four or two. Tables for two may have restricted views.
- If your booking contains a wheelchair, please reserve a space at the time of booking.
- Children under four do not count towards the number of people in your group; they travel free of charge and will receive a goodie bag.
- You do not leave the Ghost Train at Arley. You stay on the train for the entirety of the experience.
- Advice for parents; there will be actors at Bewdley and Arley stations, as well as on the train. Passengers are advised to expect jump scares. The lights on the train will also be off for periods of time and it will at times be very loud.
- Passengers must not bang on windows.
- Dogs are not permitted on Ghost Trains (Assistance Dogs welcome).
- Please arrive up to 45 minutes before your selected departure time. Kidderminster Station has an ANPR-controlled car park for £4 per day.
- Please leave buggies at home. If you have to bring a buggy, it must be folded down and stored on the train.
