Please note, our phone lines are often extremely busy, so you can also use our Contact Form to get in touch. Please note our tickets are non-refundable, as per our Terms & Conditions. We are able to honour date changes in exceptional circumstances, which our team will review on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us on [email protected] to discuss your booking.
Is The Engine House open?

Parking at Kidderminster, Bewdley and Bridgnorth on the Severn Valley Railway is £4 per day. Our car parks are controlled by ANPR and you must pay before your depart your starting station, either at the booking office, in the shop (Kidderminster and Bridgnorth only) or at the machines on site.

I'm a shareholder, how can I book?

Currently, shareholders cannot book online. The system that shareholders have become used to – with tickets and passes – remains in place for 2024. Tickets will be distributed shortly. Ticket holders – Please visit the booking office with you valid tickets before boarding the train to exchange your ticket for a Edmondson ticket. This applies to normal running days (including Open House Weekend, Model Railway events, etc.), Galas and Step Back to the 1940s. Pass holders – There is no need to visit the booking office if you are a shareholder who holds a valid travel pass. Just show your pass to the travelling ticket inspector when you board the train.
How much is parking?

Parking at our main car parks at Kidderminster Town Station DY10 1QX, Bewdley Station DY12 1DP and Bridgnorth Station WV16 5DP is £4 per day. Our car parks are controlled by ANPR.

You must pay before you exit the car park at your starting station, and you can use the RingGo app or automated phone line, the parking machines on site by card, or (when open) either at the booking office or in the shop (Kidderminster and Bridgnorth only) by card, contactless or cash. You must enter your vehicle’s registration number at the point of purchase.
